From our Banbridge gym (John Niblock) runs a bi-weekly circuit training session.  We try to keep the class size small and personal and we have a range of very fit right down to new and novice members.  The real secret to good circuit training (please see definition of "Circuit training" courtesy of Wikipedia below if you are unsure of the meaning) is good intensity, and continual resistance.  In my opinion, Circuits are one of the most effective ways of assisting Cardio Vascular fitness improvement.

Our Classes run:

Tuesdays & Thursday mornings and begin at 6.15am sharp £5/session.

Circuit training definition

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise again for the next circuit. Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise.
